Hello,
a bit about me:
I have been living in the UK for approximately 25 years, starting my career as an editorial coordinator in London. Currently, I primarily work as a coordinator for Japanese media. In this role, I encounter a wide variety of people, locations, and situations, providing support for interviews, filming, and other tasks across the UK and Europe with flexibility and attention to detail.
Since the pandemic, there has been an increase in remote filming by Japanese staff based in the UK, as well as support for copyright issues related to videos and images, as filming crews have not been able to travel to the UK. On the other hand, there has also been a rise in commercial filming in the UK and filming for worldwide video streaming subscriptions.
Drawing on my experience, I assist with attending to Japanese clients, interpreting for filming crews, and ensuring that projects proceed smoothly.
The gallery page on this site features images of places I have visited in the UK and Scotland, both for work and personal reasons, as well as photos of things unique to the UK. These images are intended to provide inspiration and reference for Japanese crews, showcasing locations and ideas for shoots.
