Location Research & Coordination
I provide location proposals and research, assist with filming permit applications if needed, advise on location scheduling, and offer on-site support during shoots. I also handle emergency situations promptly to ensure smooth production.
Travel and Stay Support
If you provide your budget, I will suggest suitable hotels and make reservations on your behalf with payment arranged locally.
Local Crew and Staff Arrangement
I arrange photographers, sound technicians, hair and makeup artists, stylists, vehicles with drivers, drone operators, and more. If you only require equipment on site, I can also provide that upon request.
Interpretation & Translation (Japanese–English)
I provide interpretation services to ensure smooth communication during shoots and interviews, as well as translation work afterward. Additionally, I offer interpretation support for buying trips and meetings.
Assigning Cast and Interviewees
I help identify potential interviewees or, if you already have specific candidates in mind, I will contact and arrange them for you.
Event Planning and Operations Support
If you are planning an event in the UK, I can assist you from the initial planning stages through to on-site event management support.
